Newly Submitted Plans for 28-Story Residential High-Rise in Manchester

Simpson Haugh has submitted plans for a new residential high-rise in Manchester for developer JRL Group. The proposed development have a 28-story and 10-story building near Store Street that will include 354 flats, 5 townhouses, and 11 apartments with private terraces. The site, formerly industrial warehouses in the 19th century, will be developed with input from Curtins (structural engineer), Central and Urban (development manager), WECE (MEP engineer), Deloitte (planning consultant), and Reform (landscape architect).
