Parque Mateo, a three-tower complex with each building rising 15 stories, is planned for Doroteo Guamuch Flores road in Guatemala City.

The new residential development, led by Spectrum, is part of a revitalization of the city's Zona 7, with a focus on sustainable development that supports social connectedness.

The project is planned to deliver a total of 450 apartment units, with about 10 per floor for each tower.

The total area of the site is approximately nine square meters, and each building will contain elevators, service elevators, and parking spaces for visitors and owners distributed throughout five basement levels.

The developers have estimated that construction of Parque Mateo should begin during the first two months of 2020, and there will be three configurations of apartments on offer: two-bedroom/two-bath with 70 square meters; three-bedroom, two-bathroom, and balcony with 83 square meters, and three-bedroom, living room, and two-bathroom over 97 square meters.

The project is expected to receive an investment of US$40 million, and generate 700 jobs directly, and 125 jobs indirectly.

Parque Mateo will have two levels exclusively dedicated to amenities, including a club, co-working space, a gym, a family lounge, cafes, a pet park, and others.

“Estamos seguros que Parque Mateo constituirá un elemento clave para mantener el sentido de control, movilidad y cercanía necesarios para alcanzar un estilo de vida más sano y feliz”, resaltó el gerente de desarrollo y planning de vivienda en Spectrum.

"We are sure that Parque Mateo will play a key role in providing the type of convenient and connected lifestyle that is desired," said a development and planning lead at Spectrum.
