Biltmore, a renowned luxury brand, is set to launch its first-ever property in the Middle East in partnership with GJ Properties. The Biltmore Sufouh Residence will be located in Dubai, a thriving hub of luxury travel and tourism. Developed by GJ Properties, the upscale project will offer 480 luxurious apartments across its 44-floor vertical tower, featuring one, two, and three-bedroom options. The residences will be meticulously designed by internationally acclaimed Gary Greene Design, with the exclusive Atmosphere Collection comprising the penthouses on the top six floors of the skyscraper.

The Biltmore Sufouh Residence will offer residents access to world-class amenities such as an Olympic-sized pool, a kids' pool, a health club, a fully equipped gym, paddle tennis courts, and a Zen Garden. The prime location of the residence on Sheikh Zayed Road, adjacent to the Al Sufouh community, will provide residents with stunning views of the Arabian Gulf, the iconic Burj Al Arab, and the glamorous Palm Jumeirah. The property is expected to open in 2025, with the CEO of GJ Properties expressing excitement about this forthcoming venture.
