New San José Condominium Project to be Delivered in 2022

Sky Garden is the name of the new condominium apartment complex to be built in the Rohrmoser Nunciature, planned to reach 24 stories and delivering 21,810 square meters of space.

The property, which is being developed by Citizen Inmobiliaria, will deliver 250 apartments, a semi-basement, a story dedicated to commercial activities, and a rooftop with amenities, where a swimming pool located on level 24 will be floating in a cantilever.

Arq. Mariana García Borbón of the firm OPB Arquitectos, in charge of the project, indicated that the entire complex will also have three parking towers that will house a total of 168 spaces. The project will also include 253 square meters of public space, enhancing the pedestrian experience.

Resource-efficiency plans include reductions in water consumption and energy efficiency design considerations.

García indicated that the project is currently in the construction planning stage, and construction is expected to begin in October.
