A residential high-rise complex planned for Nilai, outside of Kuala Lumpur, will feature eight different unit layouts geared at different lifestyles.

Myra Impian Phase 1 will be a freehold serviced apartment community, with 546 units ranging from 70 to 175 square meters (753 to 1,884 square feet). Some unit designs target young families with up to five children or older occupants who desire privacy. Other layouts provide for work-live space aimed at working professionals, or those who would like to sublet space. Still others are aimed at multi-generational families. Four units within the complex are geared specifically toward disabled owners.

The complex will feature facilities like a wading pool, kid’s playground, game room, BBQ area, swimming pool, library room and a multipurpose hall, among several other amenities for young families. The project also taps into the town's available and upcoming amenities, such as the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL), where Nilai will be a second stop, as well as connectivity to several highways.
