A new contact has been secured to deliver a $41 million (£31m) residential apartment development, Springwell Gardens, in Leeds by Morgan Sindall with Citylife. 

The Springwell Gardens development will feature 16 story building, housing 223, one, two and three-bedroom residential apartments. 

The complex is being designed by Nick Brown Architects, offering an ‘inside-outside living experience’ via roof terraces with skyline views, and private courtyards, close to Leeds city center. Springwell Gardens has already sold 60% of the apartments by Aspen Woolf. On the doorstep of the Leeds Southbank Holbeck Regeneration Project, one of the city center regenerations plans in Europe, the $41 million (£31m) project is due to be finalized by 2023. 

A ground-breaking event for Springwell Gardens took place this week to celebrate the start of the construction project.
