New renderings have been released of the upcoming project, The Nolen. The project will be located in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. This residential building is named after the city planner who drafted the first comprehensive plan for St. Petersburg, John Nolen.

Designed to be 23-stories, the project will top out at 88 meters (288 feet). There will be a three-story parking garage at the base of the project. The ground floors will feature a lobby and a 117-square-meter (1,260-square-foot) retail space. The project design contains 31 residences, with no more than two residences per floor. The arrangement of these units allows them to have no shared walls with one another.

Amenities within the project will include concierge services and a private fitness center, wellness room, and social gathering space. On the fourth floor there will be a terrace which will feature a heated pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, fire tables, and cabanas.

The project has already been approved by St. Petersburg 's Development Review Commission. Sales are predicted to begin this November. It is on schedule to break ground in the first quarter of 2022 and, overall, it is expected to complete in the second half of 2023.
