Plans have been shared for the Breakfast Creek Quarter, a mixed-use complex in Newstead North, Brisbane. The development will feature three high-rises of 23, 26, and 28 stories, with a total of 752 apartments of which 80 percent will be designated as build-to-rent units.

Situated on a 6,778 square meter site, the project will include 1500 square meters of retail space and a landscaped civic plaza. The development aims to enhance Newstead North with a pedestrian-friendly design and extensive amenities. The first stage will deliver a 28-story building with 164 apartments, followed by the other two high-rises offering 588 build-to-rent units. Construction start is anticipated after securing development approval.
