A new neighborhood in Zhuhai has been fully launched. The project will provide about 4,000 well-decorated residential units, as well as shops, education, transportation, and medical care. Supporting facilities such as community service centers are expected to be completed in 2023.

Macau Urban Renewal Co., Ltd. is responsible for the development and planning of the project. The project's 27 residential buildings will be constructed using prefabricated construction methods, which will provide approximately 4,000 residential units. Among them, two-bedroom units account for about 80 percent. The parking lot within the project will provide more than 4,000 vehicle parking spaces.

The entire construction project will be strictly monitored by a third party, and the construction period is estimated to last three years.
