New Melbourne Hotel to Open in Complex Featuring Towering Sky Garden
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts announced this week that the new Four Seasons Melbourne will occupy the top floors of the western tower of a new dual-tower complex that will include a 5.5-kilometer garden path. When open, the towers will offer 12,500 square meters of public green spaces in total.
The taller tower will rise 354 meters over Melbourne's Southbank District. Travelers will enter the 210-room hotel through a Sky Lobby situated on the 63rd floor. A 2,500-seat multi-functional conference and entertainment center, a 3,500-square-meter international art gallery space, experiential retail space and market place are also being planned for the new development.
