The cylindrical Hotel Vista Quince was recently inaugurated on Vista Hermosa Boulevard, in Zone 15 of Guatemala City. One of its main attractions is a restaurant that rotates at its peak.

The new hotel has 17 stories with 99 rooms and four basement parking lots with space for 229 vehicles. The total investment according to the developers was US$26 million.

According to the general manager of Vista Quince, Miguel Martínez, the complex was built in four years.

As part of the sustainability initiatives implemented in the hotel's development, Martínez explained that the basement has a natural ventilation system, and inside the enclosure, natural lighting is maximized, “which was achieved thanks to a design implemented on two sides of the building.”

The rooms range from 27 to 88 square meters. In addition, the hotel has four rooms for social and corporate events, as well as a swimming pool and recreational areas for guests.

The revolving restaurant is the first of its kind in Central America. It was achieved thanks to a platform installed at the top level of the building, which rotates around the main axis and is programmed according to the time of day.
