Indian-Omani developer PNC Menon-led Sobha Realty has launched Tower B of its Creek Vistas project in Sobha Hartland, Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City (MBR City).

Sobha Hartland is a master-planned community currently under construction within the $2.5 billion (AED9.1 billion) development in the Dubai suburb of MBR City.

Tower B’s launch follows the success of Creek Vistas’ first tower, which was sold out shortly after its January 2019 unveiling, Sobha said in a statement.

The 28-floor Tower B comprises 390 units and is scheduled for completion in Q3 2021.

Creek Vistas will sit on a two-floor podium level and offer views of Dubai landmarks such as Dubai Creek, Downtown Dubai, Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, and Dubai Water Canal.

Commenting on the launch, Francis Alfred, chief executive officer of Sobha Realty, said: “We are dedicated to redefining the real-estate value chain through our inherent in-house capabilities of conceptualization, design, and development.”

In March 2019, Dubai-headquartered Sobha opened a sales office in Shanghai, China to expand its Asian footprint, targeting $163.3 million (AED600 million) of Chinese investments for Sobha Hartland.

The developer is also planning to start work on Menon’s dream project, a $190 million (AED700 million) 60-story skyscraper on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road, in 2019. Upon completion, the tower will serve as the company’s new headquarters.
