On 5 August, 2022, developer Boston Properties filed new plans for the building at 343 Madison Avenue.  The building's new height is listed at 237.7 meters (780 ft) which decreased from its original plans.  It was originally announced as a supertall, 320-meter-tall (1,050-foot-tall) building. The current proposal for a 49-story building is designed by architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox, and will have retail, office and mechanical space.

The new plans also state that it will encompass 91,230.8 square meters (982,000 square feet), an increase from the original plans of 85,935.3 square meters (925,000 square feet).  In 2021, Boston Properties filed applications to demolish the three buildings at the development site, including the 15-story building that once housed the MTA’s headquarters. Construction is expected to be completed by 2026.
