CTBUH has confirmed that a new project application has been filed for three new high-rises in a complex at 4438 Steeles Avenue East in Markham, Ontario. The city is approximately 30 kilometers northeast of Downtown Toronto, and a recognized suburb for the metropolitan area. Each building is designated for residential adding to the housing units in the city, and will be 99, 138, and 174-meters-tall.
