The Central Park office tower, a planned 90-meter-tall building, will be placed next to the Utrecht municipality office. Due to height restrictions for anything over 45 meters, the high-rise is composed of two connected volumes. The interior includes a courtyard and meeting place. Construction of Central Park started in April 2019.

The exterior of the building is characterized by a subtly varied structure with a unique bronze tone. By increasing transparency for the glass on the 11th and 12th stories, the indoor park is illuminated with sunlight from the street view.

Solar panels and heat and cold storage in the ground are plumbed for the building's energy supply. The building is not only able to fulfill its own energy needs, but can also contribute energy to the adjacent residential buildings. Efforts are being made to obtain a BREEAM Excellent certificate for the project.

Together with Central Park, GROUP A designed the Public City Plateau, The Forum, an elevated, green square which houses a parking garage underneath. Due to its location on the plateau, which is on the same level as the public transport terminal, the integration of Central Park into the city is reinforced. The natural stone of the City Plateau is extended into the lobby. At the reception, the stone turns into a light terrazzo floor that leads the visitor towards the elevator and connects the inside and outside. Central Park is expected to be completed in the summer of 2021.
