A new 22-story residential tower is set to rise in Georgetown, Guyana, as local firm Roraima Airways partners with international developers to deliver Duke Tower. Located on Duke Street in Kingston, the high-rise will feature 131 residential units, including 89 condominiums, and offer sweeping city views.

The project was designed by architect Didier Rincon and developed by FASER Construction, a subsidiary of Colombian real estate firm Proyectamos y Edificamos, in collaboration with Compass Realty Group. Amenities will include a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, and a business-ready lobby space.

The development was formally announced during an event at Pegasus Corporate Suites. Representatives from FASER and New Hayven, a local project partner, emphasized the importance of combining international experience with local knowledge. According to executives, Duke Tower represents a symbol of Guyana’s rapid economic transformation and international emergence.

With Guyana currently experiencing growth across multiple sectors, the tower is positioned to support increased demand for high-quality housing and provide new opportunities for both local and international investors. Government officials, including the CEO of the Guyana Office for Investment and the Attorney General, voiced support for the project, noting that new legislative measures are being introduced to safeguard investments and promote continued development. Notably, there are no legal height restrictions for buildings in Guyana, providing flexibility for future high-rise developments.
