The Skye on 6th 26-floor multifamily project has broken ground in Phoenix. The project will deliver 309 units with approximately 604 square meters (6,500 square feet) of ground floor retail. Units will include studios, one- and two-bedrooms, and penthouses.

Developer Hubbard Street Group and capital partner Cresset Real Estate Partners are targeting LEED certification for the project at the corner of 6th Street and Garfield Street in the Roosevelt Row Arts District.

Amenities will include a pool deck with cabanas, fitness center, yoga studio, steam room and sauna, co-working area, outdoor terrace, dog run, party room, shared kitchen for entertaining, package storage room, bicycles storage, indoor parking, and storage lockers.

Project completion is anticipated by summer 2023.
