Faena, in collaboration with Fortune International Group and KAR Properties, is launching the Faena District Miami River, located at 90 Southwest 3rd Street. This multi-phase development spans 14 acres along the Miami River, featuring the only private park of its size in the area. The centerpiece of the project, Faena Residences Miami, will be a blend of culture, art, and luxury living.

Designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects, the riverfront development will include 440 exclusive residences spread across two towers on a 1.8-acre site, bounded by Southwest 4th Street, South Miami Avenue, and the Miami River. The buildings will be connected by a two-story, 45,000-square-foot (4,181-square-meter) cultural hub, enhancing Miami's dynamic cityscape and honoring Viñoly's architectural legacy. Sales for the residences are expected to begin in Q4 of 2024.

The district will encompass three blocks and feature cultural spaces, wellness facilities, a marina, recreational areas, and public art installations. This new addition will enrich Miami’s cultural scene and create strong connections with the Miami Beach Faena District, offering residents a community-focused and culturally immersive environment.
