Moscow Residential Complex Adds Building

In Moscow’s Metrogorodok area, the latest residential building in the Lilac Park (Sirenevy Park) complex completed construction. It was the third stage of construction for the complex.

The residential complex is located on Tagilskaya street. It has an underground parking structure for 409 cars. The new multi-section building has a total area over 100,000 square meters.

Featured Buildings

The Lilac Park complex is being built as part of the development of the territory of the former Kaloshino industrial zone. Inside the residential area, there are walking and bicycle paths, playgrounds, and sports grounds. 

Green areas, consisting of various types of trees, shrubs and lawns, will occupy more than three hectares of area. The complex is located within walking distance from the Losiny Ostrov national reserve.
