A new office complex has been proposed for a site  that is a short walk from Savelovskaya metro station in Moscow, as well as many other transit options.

Designed by Tsimailo Lyashenko and Partners, STONE Savelovskaya’s  twin 100-meter buildings will be centered on themes of “timelessness” and “healthy construction.”

Featured Buildings

Office spaces range from eight to 10 meters in depth, with ceiling heights of 3.65 meters. Tower 1 contains office blocks from 50 to 400 square meters. Tower 2 will features office spaces from 850 to 1880 square meter plates, as well as a separate office block of 20 thousand square meters. Panoramic glazing provides views of the Moscow City complex and the Ostankino television center, and allows for natural ventilation.

Occupant amenities will include a fitness club; a dining room, cafés, and restaurants with summer verandas; and a co-working space. There will also be services such as beauty salons, barbershops, manicure studios, and other retail.

The site will have both outdoor and indoor public spaces for recreation and work in the fresh air. Inside the office space, in addition to access to natural light and natural ventilation, biophilia is prioritized throughout the landscaping, lobby and lounge areas.

Part of the site will be occupied by an active recreation area. Places have been thought out both for individual pastime and for collective brainstorming, as well as access to charging and Wi-Fi.

The construction of the project is scheduled to begin in December 2021, with completion anticipated in 2024.
