More Details Revealed About Planned Medical Tower in San Salvador

The third major investment from Real Estate Quality, Torre Humana has been added to the Avante projects portfolio and is the most recent project by Insigne, both of which have contributed to new economic development and infrastructure in El Salvador.

Humana will be a 20-level tower that will be located in the heart of San Benito, on Avenida La Capilla and will offer  clinics, an imaging center, a laboratory, pharmacies and other health-related businesses all in one place.

Featured Buildings

Additionally, it will have welcoming spaces for the use of patients, companions and some for the exclusive use of doctors such as:

-Meeting rooms: they will be modular and equipped with technological tools; This space will be ideal for doctors to give talks and conferences. 

-Social lounge: a comfortable area that will include private rest rooms and a terrace so that the doctors in the building can relax.

-Lunch facility: building users can enjoy a coffee and a healthy lunch.

-Terrace: a multipurpose space where patients and building visitors can wait for their appointment to begin. This area can also be used for fairs, events, and outdoor activities.

Of the the 20 levels, it will be divided into:

• Nine levels of clinics, from 43 square meters in size.
• 1 level of specialty centers.
• 1 level of amenities and commerce related to health.
• 1 level for offices related to the health sector.
• 10 levels of parking: 8 above-ground and 2 basements.
• Six advance call elevators.
• A multipurpose terrace.
• Differentiated vehicular access for visitors and doctors, with capacity for more than 500 vehicles.
