ibis Styles East Perth will add 252 guest rooms to East Perth’s burgeoning hotel supply, spanning 18 floors of modular rooms.

Consistent with its distinctive hotel designs, ibis Styles, Accor’s economy brand, has embraced the rising modular construction trend, which optimizes space and sees entire rooms built in half the time of a regular build. Some would say, it’s Lego construction at its finest!

Accor, the largest operator of hotels and resorts in Australia, together with Rehawk Property Group, teamed up to build the ibis Styles East Perth, specifically geared towards the economy travel market.

Unusual, yet highly functional, every room in at the hotel has a uniquely styled entrance, with splashes of vibrancy highlighted throughout the build, complementing the hotel’s innovative brand.
