The Itopia Hamarikyu Reconstruction Project is preparing to launch in Tokyo. As the name implies, it is a rebuilding of "Itopia Hamarikyu," with the demolition of existing condominiums and a new building planned to rise 32 floors and 119 meters.

The building is owned by the Itopia Hamarikyu Management Association, with Tokyo Tatemono participating as a business partner. The building is close to Yurikamome Takeshiba station and within walking distance of JR Hamamatsucho station.

Nearby will be Hamarikyu Gardens, the Tokyo Metropolitan Expressway, the Old Shiba Rikyu Garden, and the under-construction Takeshiba Urban Redevelopment, which will include a 39-story office tower and an 18-story residential tower.

The plan includes 422 residential units across 32 floors, with construction having started on 1 March 2020 and scheduled for completion on 31 July 2023.
