Ryan Companies, architect Page Southerland Page, and banking firm BBVA USA plan to build a 60-story downtown Austin skyscraper that will have both office and residential space.

The new tower, which will be the second-highest in Austin and is one of tallest planned for Texas, will have 363 residential units and 120,000 square feet (11,000 square meters) of office space, parking, and retail.

“Partnering with BBVA on the significant redevelopment of a unique downtown Austin corner is very exciting to the Ryan team,” Hunter Barrier, president of Ryan‘s South Central region, said in a statement.

Construction would start in late 2020.
