“Our vision is to offer a paradisaical, and at the same time, urban living experience, with all the advantages that the Rorhmoser area offers,” said Francisco Avilés, general manager of Argo Estrategia.

The development of the complex involves several firms, such as OPB Arquitectos, PARQ Arquitectura, Conconcreto Ingenieros Colombia, and EM Ingenieros – all under the supervision and coordination of DAC Consultores.

The complex is seeking an investment of US$14 million. The project will have apartments from 156 square meters to 430 square meters, which can be customized by condominium owners, and will be connected by an intelligent system, so that the elevator travels directly to the entrance of each apartment.

In addition to a full-time security-concierge, residents will have access to multiple services such as restaurants, supermarkets, banks and pharmacies, in an area distinguished by its great accessibility and views to the Park El Peru, La Sabana, the National Stadium and the Escazú mountains.
