In Ankara’s İnönü District, an 11-building project is underway which will deliver 1000 residences and 133 retail spaces.

Velux Ankara sits on a 6,500 square meter site. The buildings are arranged in three groupings around a large open shopping area. Site amenities include an indoor swimming pool; activity rooms for music, chess, cinema among other activities; and a 3,000 square meter gym.

Developed by Fırat Life Style, Atayıldız Group, and Acity, the apartments in Velux Ankara are offered for sale at prices starting from TL670,000 (US$78,600) during the launch process. Landscaping covers 18,000 square meters on the site.

Project completion is anticipated for December 2021.
