Lantona 2 Pty Ltd has submitted a development application for a mixed-use residential project at 133 Eagle Terrace, 4 Grimes Street & 7 Ridley Street, Auchenflower. The Architect is Ellivo Architects, and the apartment units are proposed to be configured as two- to three-bedroom apartments spread across 12 stories. 

Featuring three interfaces with the street, the unique site is to be bordered by several lower-rise developments that are being simultaneoulsy proposed. 

Landscaping, communal, and private open space areas offer a variety of ways to enjoy the outdoors for tenants, and a leisure deck and pool are also among the amenities.
