The World Trade Center (WTC) brand has announced a new project in the Dominican Republic’s largest city. The new BlueMall Santo Domingo mixed-use complex will include two residential towers, a hotel, and two business towers under the WTC brand.

The BlueMall Luxury Suites towers, North and South, will both have 23 stories. They will also each have two commercial floors connected to the first two floors of BlueMall, along with five floors of continuous underground parking, in addition to existing spaces on-site. The design consists of one- and two-room units with terraces, from 72 square meters to 113 square meters of total area. Both buildings will have a double-height boutique lobby, reception area, internal messaging service, elevator, lounge, terrace, bathrooms, and meeting rooms. Other amenities will include a terrace, lounge, infinity pool, and a gym.

The WTC Santo Domingo North Tower will have 29 levels and a heliport, while the WTC Santo Domingo South Tower will have 18 levels. Both towers will have corporate office space and access points via Winston Churchill Avenue. Full floors of up to 792 square meters, as well as more conservative spaces from 129 square meters to 293 square meters, will be available for purchase.

The JW Marriott Santo Domingo hotel will have an independent pathway and parking along Freddy Prestol Castillo Street. Housekeeping, concierge, maintenance, and a rentable pool will be among the services provided.
