Mixed-Use Complex in Tokyo Under Construction

In Tokyo, the Proud Tower Meguro MARC mixed-use building is under construction. Between Meguro and Gotanda, the 32-story building plans to reach a heigh of 127 meters. 

The building from Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and JR East Urban Development Co., Ltd., will have a total of 301 condominiums, with move-in targeted for late October 2023.

The residential building will be part of a complex with an apartment building and an office building. The 194-unit apartment building will have 24 floors, at a height of 85 meters. It will also house a nursery school. A central courtyard will separate the buildings. 

Each floor in the condiminium tower will have garbage storage, disaster-response space, and food distribution space where delivery companies can drop off orders. Common amenities include a co-working space, a study lounge, a fitness center, and a sky lounge and guest rooms on the 20th floor.
