The 17-story SKY SQR project in Melbourne's Box Hill has recently topped out.  Developed by Golden Age Group in partnership with Local, it includes a three-story retail podium with two build-to-rent towers located at 517–521 Station Street and adds 425 apartments to the area and features amenities such as a pool, wellness studios, coworking space, and pet-friendly areas..

Over half of the 12,000 square meter podium space is already leased, with tenants including banks, pharmacies, grocery stores, health and beauty services, and food outlets. International childcare operator Kinderland Early Learning will make its Australian debut at the site with a 15-year lease at the property.

The project will benefit from improved connectivity via the upcoming Suburban Rail Loop and is located just 500 meters from Box Hill Station. It is set for completion by the end of 2025.
