Stage one of the Queens Place residential development in Melbourne’s CBD is now complete. Located on the fringe of Flagstaff Gardens and the Queen Victoria Market, the AU$550 million (US$399 million) flagship project from 3L Alliance began construction in 2018.

Designed by Fender Katsalidis Architects and Cox Architecture and built by Multiplex, Queens Place includes a six-level basement, a six-level podium, and 815 apartments across 79 levels. Over 500 apartments are currently occupied.

Levels 50 and 51 feature communal amenity space including a pool with city views, gym, poker and mahjong room, private garden terraces, private cinema, karaoke suite, cigar bar, private resident’s concierge, and business center.

The local streetscape will be activated by a 6200-square-meter mixed-use retail piazza, anchored by the first two-story Woolworths Metro Supermarket and BWS in the Melbourne CBD.
