A man has died after falling from the terrace on the 39th floor of a London restaurant after climbing over a barrier. The restaurant and offices in the Heron Tower were placed in lockdown while emergency services rushed to the scene.

Police sealed off Bishopsgate to traffic while emergency services arrived at the scene and members of the public were told to avoid the area.
