Vistana, a proposed 19-story luxury residential skyscraper, is set to shape the city skyline in Guatemala in the coming months. Developed by ALTE Desarrolladora Inmobiliaria, the building will be located in the residential sector of Guatemala City.

Vistana will hold 64 apartments and will be situated in front of an urban park.

The apartments are set to range from 120 square meters to 430 square meters, offering two to three bedrooms per unit. The building will also contain social lounges, floor-to-ceiling windows, terraces, and views of the volcanoes. The building will contain four penthouses within two levels, each with private roof access.

In addition to a gym, pool, multiple social lounges, a large garden, business center, private work spaces, and outdoor spaces for pets, the roof will be a sky lounge.

The building site boasts proximity to shopping centers, hospitals, city services, restaurants, and entertainment. Vistana is located on 2nd Avenue 12–60, within Zone 14.
