A newcomer to São Paulo's hotel offerings, the W Hotel & Residences São Paulo is expected to open in the first quarter of 2024. The property had been originally scheduled to open in 2021 with 179 apartments and several branded suites, but was delayed. 

The W São Paulo will be located two blocks from Shopping JK Iguatemi, located in a business center with busy nightlife in the metropolis. It will also add 1,500 square meters of event space to the district as well as residential space. 

HBR Realty is the developer, with Aflalo & Gasperini Arquitetos as the architect and the interior design being led by Nini Andrade Silva.
