Conditional approval has been granted for Tal Aventura, a luxury living residential complex in Aventura Florida as of October 3, 2022. General contractors hope to be able to break ground soon and if plans are followed closely, move-in could occur in 2025. 

Eighty-six homes will be offered within the 26-story tower, starting at 1,245 square feet (115 square meters) each, with the largest units measuring 6,200 square feet (575 square meters). Layout plans range from two-bedroom to five-bedroom condos with prices starting at US$1.4 million. 

Costing up to US$134 million to complete, Tal Aventura is being spearheaded by 2151 Development Group and 2020 Acquisitions with International Design, Engineering and Architecture (IDEA) as the architect. 

Sales launched on November 4, 2022 although a general contractor hasn't yet been selected.
