Southwark Council resolved to grant planning consent for Pilbrow & Partners’ EDGE London Bridge. The building at 60–68 St Thomas Street next to London Bridge Station will target BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum accreditations.

The 27-story office building will cover 250,000 square feet. The building will feature a high-volume underfloor ventilation system, and perimeter openings at each floor to allow further natural ventilation. Radiant ceiling panels also fitted with lights will provide heating and cooling to the floors.
