Dubai-based property developer Northacre Properties has announced the completion of its London-based wellness scheme, called the The Broadway. The six towers at The Broadway provide 32980.5 square meters (355,000 square feet) of high-end residential space, health and wellness amenities and a total of 258 apartments. Alongside residential, the development also provides 10776.7 square meters (116,000 square feet) of office space, and 2508.4 square meters (27,000 square feet) of retail.

Set over a land area of 6967.7 square meters (75,000 square feet) in Westminster, on the former site of the Metropolitan Police headquarters acquired by Northacre owner Shuaa Capital in 2016 for USD$367.6 million.

The architects on the project were Squire and Partners and the main contractors were Multiplex.
