Developer Grage and Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) will work together to finance purchases in the Izzara Apartments development in Jakarta. Grage officials said the developer chose BRI because it was the largest bank in Indonesia in terms of total assets, offices and financial performance. “We as the developer agreed to provide convenience to investors or prospective buyers through a joint promotion system, with bank interest at just 5.25 percent per year for the first two years, and 8.25 percent in the third year. Then in the following year, investors will be subject to flat commercial interest, “said Ray Rumawas, Director of Grage.

Meanwhile, BRI Branch Head of Jakarta Pancoran Andika Sibarani revealed that the company has been targeting the property sector since 2000. This growth has been “parallel with the increasing number of entrepreneurial endeavors” explained Andika. Located in the central business district of South Jakarta, the Izzara Apartments consists of a north and a south tower, and a 32-story tower called The Sima. The complex includes office space and retail areas.
