Amaal 8, a 48-floor mixed-use residential high-rise located in Dubai’s Meydan Horizon has been unveiled by Amaal, a real estate developer backed by Ayana Holding. The development combines sophisticated urban living with sustainability, offering residents a unique lifestyle against the serene backdrop of the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. Amaal 8 features 512 residences, including 1-4 bedroom apartments and high-end Infinity Collection units on the upper floors, all designed with sleek, modern aesthetics and eco-friendly technologies.

Chairman Abdulla Lahej emphasized Amaal 8’s focus on community and innovation, calling it a project that will redefine residential living in Dubai. Designed by Ayana Holding’s architectural and design team, the building integrates environmental sustainability with luxury living, including amenities such as infinity pools, wellness facilities, a cinema, and leisure zones.

The project will also feature a vibrant retail walkway and a range of entertainment options, from a golf simulation pavilion to a padel court. Its strategic location offers easy access to iconic Dubai landmarks like Downtown Dubai and the Dubai Design District, while being close to Meydan Horizon’s crystal lagoons and landscaped promenades. Completion of the project is expected by Q4 2028.
