JGL Projects has submitted a development application for 433-unit BTR (build-to-rent) apartment at 44 Ipswich Road, Woolloongabba.

The bureau^proberts design plays with height and vertical expression to give the look of multiple towers expressed through its volumes, though it is only two true towers. The varied heights lend themselves to a variety of rooftop areas at each level from 12 to 19. These recreational rooftop spaces include space for meeting, barbecuing, private dining, practicing yoga, and even libraries. 

The rooftop recreation areas for both towers are linked by two separate landscaped pedestrian skybridges.
