Makuhari Bay Park is a planned residential complex of six tower apartments located around Wakaba 3-Chome Park in Chiba Prefecture. Presently under construction, the apartment scheme Makuhari Bay Park Sky Grand Tower will be 48 floors above ground and 172.4 meters high. Makuhari is a commercial district just outside central Tokyo along the shores of Tokyo Bay.

Developers include Mitsui Fudosan Residential, Nomura Real Estate, Mitsubishi Jisho Residence, Itochu Urban Development, Toho Jisho, Fujimi Jisho and Sodegaura Kogyo.

The highest building in Chiba Prefecture is the Apa Hotel & Resort (Makuhari Prince Hotel) at 49 floors above ground and 180.82 meters high. Makuhari Bay Park Sky Grand Tower will be the second-tallest building in the prefecture.
