360° Towers has joined the pack of pricey abodes on Bourdillion in the Ikoyi neighborhoods of Lagos.

The three 15-story towers will include smart homes that will offer residents a hotel-like experience in their homes, which are fitted with accessories controlled by artificial intelligence (AI), including virtual offices and board rooms.

The project is being developed by Four Square Homes, led by CEO Olufemi Adegoke Osibona.

Unlike other houses on Gerald Road, which deal with excessive noise pollution, Osibona said 360°, built at the 44B, 44C, and 44D parts of the busy thoroughfare, has a setback of about 200 meters from the road, in order to isolate residents from the noise generated by the traffic. There will also be an aquarium on the driveway that can be seen from both entrances and exit gates along with water fountains at strategic positions. Parking spaces will be available for 160 vehicles for both residents and visitors.

It is targeted at people with busy lifestyles as “the development will give peace of mind and comfort to its residents,” he said.

It will boast 24-hour security along with gardening, housekeeping, and concierge services. The towers are located near Banana Island and Parkview and will have views of the Lagos Lagoon and the Gulf of Guinea.

“The towers have various house types including maisonettes of about 420 square meters each on three floors; penthouses on two floors; and four-bedroom flats on one floor, with each flat as large as 400 square meters,” he said.

He said the flats would be sold off-plan and directly to prospective residents.

“Ninety percent of people who have bought from us are those that own houses. However, what is happening is that most people with big, single unit dwellings are cutting down for several reasons. Their children have left the nest, most of them are in their 50s and they want to really enjoy their lives and are looking for a place that is secure with no headache. Imagine living in a hotel where your money works for you,” Osibona added.

About 50 percent of the apartments, Osibona said, have been sold. He explained that many features make the development stand out. “We have a very long setback of about 200 meters. The implication is that you’re living in a place where you can open your windows and take in breathtaking views without noise because the building is not on the road,” he said.
