The name given to the tower building is Kamiyacho Trust Tower. It will include office space on floors 3–30, a 200-room Marriott EDITION-branded hotel on floors 31–36, serviced rental apartments, and high-end condominiums with hotel services on penthouse floors 37 and 38. The luxuriously-appointed sky home penthouse condominiums are said to range in size from 150 to 400 square meters, with a duplex unit featuring ceiling heights of up to 6 meters.

Offices will have floor plates of 4,000 square meters. The hotel will have interiors designed by Kengo Kuma, along with restaurants, lounge bars, a spa and a gym.
