Since 21 November 2020, residential property, Wedgewood Sandton has achieved record sales to date – a whopping R1 billion (US$65 million) sold in just 7 weeks. These sales equated to R22.2 Million (US$1.4 million) in sales per day over the period.

Another significant factor of the continued rate of sale is that the design of the building is such that there will be desirable purchasing opportunities right until the final apartments are sold.
