Sumadhura Group, in collaboration with Vasavi Group, has launched its latest residential project in Gachibowli/Nanakramguda. Spread across 2 hectares (5.06 acres) in the Financial District, The Olympus will offer a total saleable area of 185,800 square meters (2 million square feet) across 44-story towers. 

The project plans to deliver 854 residences ranging from 155 square meters (1,670 square feet) to 279 square meters (3,000 square feet) with either three or three and a half bedrooms.

The project is adjacent to Waverock Special Economic Zone and is in close proximity to multinational companies, hospitals, educational institutions and other required social infrastructure.  

Project completion is anticipated by December 2025.
