Raffles Boston Back Bay Hotel and Residences is set to open in summer 2023, and the hotel is now open for bookings beginning September 1, 2023.

The property is a mixed-use building reaching 35 stories and offers 147 guestrooms, and will also have a sky lobby with various amenities.

The project provides over US$22 million in public benefits in total, including street and public realm improvements, seven on-site affordable housing units, and a contribution of over US$13 million to the City of Boston’s affordable housing fund. The total cost of the project is US$400 million.

Trinity Stuart Development LLC, which is a partnership between two Boston entities: developer Jordan Warshaw of The Noannet Group and hotelier Gary Saunders of Saunders Hotel Group is leading the project, alongside their equity partner Cain International, the privately held investment firm led by CEO Jonathan Goldstein. Accor and the Paris-based parent of Raffles Hotels & Resorts, is the hotel management partner, and Madison Realty Capital have provided construction financing.
