An office and hotel complex launched by Strabag Real Estate will contain office and hotel space. Called Upper One, it will replace the Atrium International office building.

Upper One will involve the construction of a 34-story skyscraper and a 17-story hotel compising 35,900 square meters of offices and about 11,000 square meters of hotel space.

Strabag Real Estate has received the demolition and construction permits and will begin the demolition of the existing building in the first quarter of 2023.

Strabag’s construction division will serve as general contractor of Upper One and will complete the demolition and Medusa Group is the architect.

In addition to 34 above-ground stories, there will also be five underground levels with 219 parking spaces, including charging ports for electric cars. It will feature eight double-deck elevators, which will be able to serve two stories at the same time. Tenants will have access to outdoor terraces on the upper floors.
