Paperwork has been filed with the City of Chicago for a new project in Fulton Market, Chicago. 360 North Green is currently a parking lot, but plans are in motion for a high-rise office building to be built on the site. The architect for this proposed building is Gensler and the developer is Sterling Bay.

This project is going to be located on a 5,750-square-meter (61,900-square-foot) site. The site itself is oddly shaped with a narrow appendage stretching a block out.

The design has the office building standing as 129.5 meters (425 feet) tall. It will have 25 floors in total. The current design is both taller, and visually lighter, than the original design. While the overall design mainly uses various densities of orthogonal grids, building masses are visually separated using “V” shaped columns.
