The Matrix One has been drawing tremendous attention from investors for a long time, due to its prime location at the western gateway of the capital, at the intersection of Me Tri, Chau Van Liem, and Le Quang Dao arterial routes in My Dinh, which features a planned elevated railway. Moreover, the project is adjacent to numerous schools, an international hospital, My Dinh National Stadium, and the National Convention Center.

The Matrix One also possesses a view over the Vietnam Grand Prix F1 Racetrack, which will provide a 14-plus-hectare sport-themed park with designed marathon tracks, walkways, skate courts, recreation and entertainment zones, sports areas, and multi-function service facilities. The modern park is expected be equipped with a smart parking area.

The themed park will serve as the “lungs” of the My Dinh area. By targeting high-end customers, investors, business, and foreigners, MIKGroup is going to turn The Matrix One luxury project into a symbol for eastern Hanoi. Advanced construction technology solutions, as well as smart building and smart home solutions, will be applied in its operational management.
