In Hangzhou, the third phase of the Singapore-Hangzhou Science & Technology Park is complete. The project cost more than 23 billion yen (US$201 million).

Known as Alpha Park, the project from Mitsubishi Estate Co. and CapitaLand delivered four office buildings, including one at 23-stories, for a total of 230,000 square meters of combined floor space. At ground level, the development includes restaurants, retail, and other commercial spaces as well as conference spaces.

The developers plan to link the "Bridge+" coworking space program operated mainly in China by CapitaLand and the "EGG JAPAN" incubation scheme undertaken in Tokyo by Mitsubishi Estate by opening facilities combining both programs in lower parts of the buildings, starting as soon as next spring.
